• Charmingfare Farm relies on admission revenue to operate the farm. We do our very best to support organizations that support our community.

  • All donation requests must be made through our online application, no requests by phone or mail will be accepted.

  • All requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of the event date.

  • We reserve the right to evaluate each request and approve the number of tickets on a case-by-case basis.

  • Charmingfare Farm cannot consider requests for membership, animals traveling to an “Off Farm” event. In addition, Charmingfare Farm is unable to provide financial sponsorships or program advertising in support of fundraising events.

  • In exchange for our donation, reciprocation in the form of advertising, promotion or other publicity is greatly appreciated.

  • Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we regret that we are unable to return telephone calls about donation status or requests.
  • While each request receives careful consideration, we regret that we are unable to accommodate all organizations that ask for our assistance.

    Donations vouchers are given to support organizations that are in our community. Charmingfare Farm Donation Voucher is not a Gift Card. Therefore, this voucher is only valid for the event/activity, date(s), time and conditions as stated on this voucher.

    Donations vouchers must be used in one visit and cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other event or activity. Charmingfare Farm is not responsible if this donation voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
